Please note that these third-party companies are NOT associated with Hanson Wade Group and/or one of our conference brands, nor have Hanson Wade Group authorized them to use their names or trademarks in any way.
Please note that Hanson Wade Group will not contact you, under any circumstances, to book or take payment for a hotel stay. We will only provide recommend accommodation options, via email from your dedicated Event Manager. All attendees are liable for booking their own accommodation and do so at their own risk. If you receive a call or email it is a scam and we ask you to report this to your Event Manager immediately.
