With deep experience across biotech leadership, clinical development, financing and corporate strategy, Dirk is driving Pentixapharm’s transition from a European start-up platform into a lean, execution-focused radiopharmaceutical company. Its Phase 3 lead program, [⁶⁸Ga]Ga-PentixaFor, is being developed as a first-in-class, first-in-indication approach to transform patient stratification in hypertension due to primary aldosteronism, while its theranostic pipeline includes [⁹⁰Y]Y-PentixaTher and glycoform-specific CD24 antibody programs.
