Target Selection Strategy Lab: What Makes a Winning Radiopharmaceutical Target?
1:30 pm
  • Evaluating the biological, translational and clinical characteristics that separate promising radiopharmaceutical targets from those unlikely to succeed in development
  • Debating how developers should balance target expression, tumour selectivity, internalisation, accessibility and heterogeneity when prioritising targets for investment
  • Comparing the opportunities and limitations of established and emerging targets including DLL3, FAP, CAIX and others to determine where the next wave of radiopharmaceutical innovation will emerge
Thursday 3rd December 2026
Beyond Peptides: Advancing Radio-DARPin Therapeutics from Platform Innovation to Clinical Proof-of- Concept
1:30 pm
  • Presenting imaging and dosimetry insights from MP0712, a DLL3-targeted Pb-212 Radio-DARPin Therapeutic currently in Phase I development
  • Exploring how half-life extended Radio-DARPins are designed to overcome the limitations of conventional peptide-based radiopharmaceutical approaches for challenging targets
  • Sharing key learnings from advancing a novel targeted alpha therapy approach across clinical and preclinical development programmes
